Wrong Format

Application Denied Now You Can Re-Apply After 5 Days

And Here Is Correct Format

1. You have been working here around 2 week or so.(Yes/No):
2. You should know ALL the commands for your type (Mod LVL 1-2)=(Yes/No):
3. You should be friends with some of the Admins/Head Admins.=(Yes/No): If Yes Show Names?
